Not everything that can kill us comes skulking up behind us in an ally and as you point out, if one needs to fight...the better shape you are in, well, the better. I think fitness is necessary for ...Great blog post!<br />I think fitness is necessary for not just shooting and defending yourself (although REALLY important) but for everyday life. I'm still not in top physical form, but I am in better shape than I've been in a looooong time, and I can certainly FEEL the difference!<br />Currently I only work out 3-4 days a week, but I want to increase it to 5-6 days a week.
